A Picture of New Song Community Church

New Song is a church on a mission. Our goal is to reach unchurched people and introduce them to the love of Christ, and build believers who increasingly love our community in tangible, transforming ways. We are focused and intense about our mission, vision, and strategic significance to God’s plans for the 300,000 people who reside within a 20 minute drive of our present location. We are a Southern California outwardly-focused, community church, situated at the north end of North County, San Diego, 3 miles south of Marine Base Camp Pendleton, 5 miles from the Pacific Ocean, in the historic “Mission District” of Oceanside. As we approach our eighteenth year of ministry, we recognize that we are (and should be) hitting our stride as a congregation, and that our most fruitful years are in the decade ahead of us.

As of March, 2011, because of God's faithfulness to use New Song Community Church, 8,700 people made commitments to serve Christ, we started six churches, we helped start five para-church organizations (Outreach, Inc., Dynamic Church Planting International, Church Community Builder Online, First the Kingdom, and Find Truth Online), and we released a major motion picture (“To Save A Life”) that is touching people on five continents about the issues of suicide, loneliness, peer pressure, and salvation. We are a multi-racial, multi-generational church, with a current attendance of about 1350 each weekend.
