The following values define New Song Community Church:
- Loving lost people. Lost people matter to God and therefore they matter to us. Lk. 19:10; Acts 2:47; Lk. 15:1-25
- Doing life together. Life is sweeter when it’s lived in community. Acts 2:42-46; Matt. 18:20; Rom. 12:15
- Being transformed from the inside out. God longs for us to be like Him. Gal. 4:19; 2 Pet. 3:18; Phil. 1:6
- Serving Christ with our best efforts. We are never more like God than when we serve, and serving people well honors God and inspires people. Matt. 6:33; 1 Pet. 4:10
- Minimizing cultural barriers. The church should be culturally relevant and doctrinally pure. 1 Cor. 9:20-23; Acts 15:1-29; John 1:14
- Unity in the midst of diversity. We want to fulfill heaven’s singular agenda with a plurality of generations and ethnic backgrounds. Matthew 16:18; Ephesians 4:2-6; 1 Cor. 12:12
- Having an undivided heart. Full devotion to Christ and His cause is normal for every believer. Acts 13:22; Lk. 9:23; Acts 2:42; 1 Kgs. 11:4
