Whether you just started coming to New Song or have been attending for a while, we invite you to be a part of "Women's Connection."

There are many opportunities to get involved in a variety of ministries where you can meet new friends, find the care you need, and grow. We hope you will join us this year as we strive to serve the Lord and develop in our walk with Him. Please don't hesitate to contact us if we can help you connect, answer any of your questions, or serve you in any way.

Growing in Christ Together

Vision:  Women's Connection exists to extend the transforming presence of Jesus Christ to women in all life seasons and is committed to their growth through prayer, Bible study, discipleship, events and outreach.

Values: Our ministry is characterized by these values:

Love: We will demonstrate love to each woman who attends any event.

"By this all will know that you are my disciples if you have love for one another." John 13:35

Unity: We will promote unity by celebrating diversity of gifts, talents, and backgrounds.

"May the God who gives you endurance and encouragement give you a spirit of unity among your-
selves as you follow Christ Jesus, so that with one heart and mouth you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ." Romans 15:5-6

Truth: We will teach and model the truth of God's Word.

"We will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves and blown here and there by every wind of teaching... instead, teaching the truth in love, we will grow up into Him who is the head, that is Christ. From Him the whole body... grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work." Eph. 4:14-16

Women's Connection Groups & Events

Bible Studies: Designed just for women and available throughout the week, with evening and morning start times. Contact: Sherry Scott at 760-586-7587 or Linda Russi at 760-721-2965.

Special Events: We introduce our year with a fall kick-off. There are also annual fellowship events to which women can invite friends, a Christmas Tea and Fundraiser, and a Spring Retreat. Contact: Debbie Marsh, 760-435-9934.

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers): An outreach to mothers of preschoolers and their unchurched
friends, MOPS features a speaker, craft, small group discussion, and food. MOPS meets the first
and third Thursday mornings. Contact: Chereelle Dioneda (760) 494-1121

Spring Retreat: A weekend getaway that includes a speaker, workshop, worship, renewal, and time together. Contact: Debbie Marsh, 760-435-9934.

Night of Worship: Held quarterly, this event brings women together to praise and pray. Contact: Almena Mozon, 760-433-2527

Welcome Hostess Table: Women serve before and after the weekend services to welcome women, introduce them to our ministries, and register them for events. Contact: Suzann Ingram at 760-522-4498.

Prayer Gathering: Monthly prayer time in which we ask God's blessing and direction for our ministries. Contact: Sheri Epps at 760-727-1725.
